Volkswagen Group South Africa TVET Learnerships 2026 – Experiential Trainee Programme

Volkswagen Group South Africa (VWSA) is inviting TVET College students from Kariega and Gqeberha to apply for the Experiential Trainee Programme 2026 within the Learning Academy – Human Resources (Kariega). This opportunity is ideal for N6 graduates who need practical workplace experience to complete their National N Diploma.

Experiential Trainee Programme Overview

The Experiential Trainee Programme is designed to provide hands-on, workplace-based training to students who have completed their N6 qualification and still require practical experience to qualify for their National N Diploma.

This programme allows trainees to gain real-world industry exposure while completing their required logbooks in a professional corporate environment.

Programme Duration

  • Programme Length: 18 months
  • Start Date: 01 March 2026
  • End Date: 31 August 2027

The programme includes structured on-the-job training in a department aligned with the trainee’s field of study, offering valuable career-building experience.

Fields of Study Accepted (N6)

Applicants must have completed or be completing an N6 qualification in one of the following fields:

  • Business Management N6
  • Management Assistant N6
  • Financial Management N6
  • Human Resource Management (HR) N6
  • Office Management N6

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for the Volkswagen Group SA TVET Learnerships 2026, applicants must:

  • Have completed an N6 Certificate within the last 3 years
  • Possess official N6 results and transcripts
  • Still require practical workplace experience to obtain a National N Diploma
  • Reside in Kariega or Gqeberha
  • Be available for the full 18-month programme

Added Advantage

  • A valid Code 08 driver’s license will be an added advantage
