Minimum Requirements
To apply for the AVBOB Learnership Programme 2026, candidates must meet the following requirements:

- Must have a valid Matric / Grade 12 certificate
- Must have completed English and Mathematics / Mathematical Literacy or Accounting in Matric
- Must be between the ages of 18 and 35
- Must not have previously participated in a learnership programme
- Must not currently be studying or registered with any academic institution
- Must have a reliable mode of transportation
- Must be a South African citizen
