- Position Title: Global Supply Chain Learner
- Programme Year: 2025
Key Responsibilities
As a Global Supply Chain Learner at BP, your main responsibilities will include:
- Generating and delivering accurate and timely Management Information (MI) reports, including data on health, safety, and quality performance.
- Participating in supply chain meetings to support effective communication and cross-functional coordination.
- Collaborating on product change processes (including the F2103 / New Product Introduction (NPI)) and updating the BP Global Database.
- Supporting BP’s Blendcor Joint Venture (JV) and working closely with departments such as manufacturing, technology, procurement, and UnicoTec.
Daily Tasks Include:
- Monitoring and recording supplier quality performance and managing non-conformance records.
- Logging customer complaints and tracking them via the global database (eQMS).
- Creating and updating periodic quality performance reports from third-party manufacturers (3Ps).
- Capturing minutes and generating insights from quality engagement meetings with Castrol and 3Ps.
- Coordinating Quality Observation Conversations (QOCs) and recording them against global performance standards.
- Managing Inter-Laboratory Correlation Programme (ILCP) samples and reporting regional test results.
- Handling the F2103/NPI process for new product launches and modifications across departments.
- Coordinating customer sample testing and distributing them to relevant manufacturers.
- Tracking progress of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for customer complaints.
- Supporting compliance and quality audits, including follow-ups on audit findings with 3P manufacturers.

To be eligible for the BP Global Supply Chain Learnership Programme 2025, candidates must hold a degree in one of the following fields:
- Supply Chain Management
- Logistics
- Business Administration
- Engineering
- Or a related discipline
Key Skills and Competencies
