Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Unilever YES Learnership 2025, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Be a South African citizen aged 18–34 years
- Currently unemployed and not studying full-time
- Have a completed Matric (Grade 12)
- Tertiary education or qualifications are an advantage
- Less than 2 years of work experience
- Must not have previously completed a YES Programme
- Commit to the full 12-month learnership
- Possess a strong academic track record
- Good computer literacy
