Momentum Health Learnership Programme 2026
Momentum Health invites eligible candidates to apply for a 12-month Contact Centre Learnership Programme designed to develop skills within the medical aid and insurance industry. This learnership is ideal for motivated young people based in the Western Cape who are passionate about building a career in healthcare administration, customer service, and medical scheme operations.

About the Momentum Learnership
This work-based learnership programme combines structured theoretical training with hands-on workplace experience. Upon successful completion, learners will receive an:
Occupational Certificate: Health Care Benefits Advisor

SAQA ID: 105030
Although permanent employment is not guaranteed, the programme provides valuable industry exposure and a strong foundation for future employment in medical aid administration, healthcare services, and insurance call centres.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Completed Grade 12 (Matric)
- Minimum 40% in Mathematics or 60% in Mathematical Literacy
- At least 50% in English and one other official South African language
- Computer literacy (advantageous)
- Ability to commit to a 12-month learnership
Candidates must upload certified copies of their Matric certificate and ID document (not older than three months).

Additional Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, candidates must:
- Be available from 01 February 2026 to 31 January 2027
- Be able to commute independently to the workplace
- Not be attending at a tertiary institution during the learnership
- Not have previously completed the same learnership
Duties and Responsibilities
Learners will be required to:
- Attend classroom-based training and on-the-job learning
- Gain in-depth knowledge of Momentum Health products and systems
- Complete a Portfolio of Evidence (POE) and learner logbooks
- Participate in assessments as required by the relevant SETA
- Maintain professional conduct and uphold Momentum Metropolitan values
