About the Metropolitan Sales Learnership 2026
The 18-month Metropolitan Sales Learnership Programme is designed for unemployed South African youth who are passionate about sales, customer service and financial services. This learnership provides hands-on workplace experience within the insurance industry, combined with structured theoretical training.
Learners who successfully complete the programme may, subject to performance, obtain a Wealth Management qualification (NQF Level 4) while gaining real-world exposure by working alongside experienced professionals in the insurance sector.
Minimum Requirements for the Metropolitan Sales Learnership
To qualify for the Metropolitan Sales Learnership Programme 2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 (Matric) or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
- Aged 18 to 35 years
- South African citizen by birth
- Currently unemployed
- From a previously disadvantaged background
Duties and Responsibilities
