Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking motivated, curious, and committed young South Africans who are eager to learn and grow.
Minimum Requirements:
- South African citizen aged 18–25 years
- Matric (Grade 12) completed
- English: Minimum 60%
- Mathematics: Minimum 50% OR Maths Literacy: Minimum 60%
- Second language: Minimum 60%
- Currently unemployed and not enrolled in any form of study
- Have not previously participated in a formal learnership programme in the insurance industry
- Not employed in a corporate environment for more than six months
- Computer literacy will be an advantage
