Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the EduPower Learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be between 18 and 35 years old.
- Be a South African citizen with a valid ID.
- Have Grade 11, Grade 12, or an equivalent qualification (NQF Level 3/4).
- Be currently unemployed and not enrolled in any other learnership, internship, or study programme.
- Be willing to commit to the full 12-month programme.
- Have good communication skills (English proficiency is preferred).
- Be passionate about learning and building a career.
