Bidvest International Logistics (BIL) is proud to launch applications for the 2025/2026 YES (Youth Employment Service) Programme, offering unemployed South African youth the chance to gain valuable workplace experience in the fast-growing transport and logistics sector.
The YES Programme is a national initiative created in partnership with government to address youth unemployment. As a committed participant, BIL provides young people with practical skills, professional development, and exposure to real industry environments.
About the 12-Month YES Programme
Successful applicants will join BIL for a full-time, 12-month training and development journey. The programme includes:
- Completion of 25 theoretical and practical modules
- Structured learning delivered via the YES digital platform
- Submission of a portfolio of evidence upon completion
- Hands-on experience within the logistics and supply chain industry
This opportunity is ideal for young people looking to build a career in transport, freight management, warehousing, or logistics operations.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the BIL YES Programme 2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Advertisements
- Completed Grade 12 / Senior Certificate or equivalent
- South African citizen, aged 18–34
- Unemployed at the time of application
- Available for full-time work for 12 months
- Not enrolled in any studies during 2026
- Have not previously participated in the YES Programme
- A strong interest in the transport and logistics industry
