FNB Learnership Requirements 2026
To qualify for the programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be aged between 18 and 34 years
- Be a South African citizen
- Hold a Matric certificate (NQF Level 4); higher qualifications (NQF 5–6) are an advantage
- Be unemployed for at least 6 months
- Not currently studying
- Have less than 12 months of work experience (including casual or part-time work)
- This must be your first formal job experience
- Must not have participated in the FirstJob programme or worked for FirstRand before
- Have good English communication skills
- Have no criminal record or credit blacklisting
- Be willing to complete a learnership programme
