Clover is inviting motivated and enthusiastic candidates to apply for the Clover Call Centre Learnership Programme 2026. This exciting opportunity is ideal for unemployed youth who are eager to gain hands-on experience while earning a nationally recognised qualification.

Successful applicants will complete the learnership at Clover’s Call Centre offices in Constantia Park, Roodepoort, while also attending structured theoretical training. Upon completion, learners will obtain an NQF qualification and valuable experience in a world-class call centre environment.

Applicants residing in the West Rand and surrounding areas will have an added advantage.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the Clover Call Centre Learnership 2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent (NQF Level 4)
  • Matric completed within the last 5 years (2021–2025)
  • Minimum average of 55% in English and Maths or Maths Literacy
  • Advanced computer literacy
  • Currently unemployed
  • Must not have participated in a learnership previously

Duties and Responsibilities

Learners will be trained and expected to perform the following duties:

  • Deliver a high standard of customer service
  • Handle all inbound and outbound call centre interactions
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints through relevant stakeholders
  • Capture and confirm customer orders accurately and on time
  • Process daily call lists in line with operational requirements
  • Inform customers of accounts placed on hold
  • Communicate order-related issues to relevant departments
  • Promote and sell Clover and Principal products
  • Upsell new or additional products by explaining features and promotions
  • Actively participate in team meetings and support team goals
  • Promote teamwork, cooperation, and shared accountability
  • Assist colleagues to achieve team targets
  • Take responsibility for visual management and information accuracy
