Minimum Requirements for the 2026 Hollard Learnership
To qualify for the program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a South African citizen aged 18–25
- Must have completed Matric/Grade 12
- Achieved:
- 60% or higher in English
- 60% or higher in Maths Literacy, or
- 50% or higher in Pure Maths
- Must be currently unemployed or not employed in a corporate environment for more than six months
- Not currently studying or registered for any learnership
- Must not have previously completed a learnership in the insurance industry
- Basic computer literacy is an added advantage
