Job Description
The successful candidate will report to the Manager: Base Airport and will be responsible for:
- Assisting passengers with ticket sales, bookings, and flight changes
- Handling flight disruptions or cancellations professionally
- Managing and safeguarding confidential information
- Addressing customer complaints promptly
- Escalating complex issues to the Supervisor
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Experience in airport operations and ticket sales
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, flexible hours, and shifts
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written English, including phone etiquette
- Strong conflict resolution skills
