About the Learnership
The Absa Home Loans Learnership is a one-year programme offering young, passionate individuals the opportunity to gain practical exposure in the Home Loans Sales and Service Enablement environment. The programme includes academic modules and structured on-the-job training designed to build your banking and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and problem-solving
- Demonstrate professionalism and strong communication skills
- Work collaboratively in a team
- Participate actively in training sessions and complete learning assessments
Requirements
- South African citizen or permanent resident
- Aged between 18–30 years
- Completed degree or NQF Level 7 qualification in Business, Commerce or related fields
- Proficient in English and computer literate
- Not currently employed, studying, or participating in another learnership/internship
- Clear criminal, credit, and reference checks
- Available full-time for the 12-month period
Stipend
Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend for the duration of the programme.
