ABOUT

Intercare Sandton Sub-Acute & Day Hospital (Pty) Ltd situated in Johannesburg, seeks to recruit for a Housekeeper. The focus of this position is to be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the work vicinity by performing various cleaning duties and to file correspondence, and other records according to the filing system.

• Ability to manage and prioritize workload
• Good cleaning skills, including knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning methods
• Good organizational and planning skills
• An awareness of health and safety practices
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and awareness of data protection

REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12
• Previous experience in a customer focused service environment will be advantageous
• Computer proficiency in MS Office
• Must possess the physical strength and stamina to perform tasks requiring continuous walking, standing, moving objects, and climbing short ladders
• Previous housekeeping experience will be advantageous
