Workman’s Compensation Position Available.
Introduction:
An accounts administrator position has become available at Debt Tec CC who specialize in the administration of COIDA accounts on behalf of Medical Service Providers treating injury on duty patients.
This position is available to persons with experience in medical accounts billing & administration including injury on duty accounts with the Compensation Fund, Rand Mutual, Federated Employers Mutual Assurance & other Exempted Employers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Key Function: The processing of injury on duty accounts received from our list of Medical Service Providers.
- Capturing of COIDA tariff codes and amounts.
- Confirmation of Claim Numbers and Liability status.
- Validation all COIDA Medical Reports and Supporting documents.
- Uploading of COIDA Medical Reports and Supporting documents.
- Submission of IOD accounts to the various COIDA Funds.
- Capturing of Payment Remittances.
- Accounts queries (All COIDA Insurance Companies).
- Document scanning.
- Client reports and follow ups.
- General administration.

Skills:
- Matric Certificate *
- Experience in Medical Accounts Billing & Administration. *
- Experience in Injury on Duty Accounts Billing & Administration an Advantage.
- Experience with Practice Management Software an Advantage.
- Experience with the Comp Easy, Rand Mutual and FEMA systems an Advantage.
- Drivers Licence (Must be willing to travel). *
- Intermediate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). *
- Business writing and communicating. *
